New Livin Room OrangeryPosted 8th November 2011 in Products
A contemporary take on the traditional conservatory
The new Ultraframe Livin Room is the ultimate cross-over structure that is neither a conservatory or an orangery. It offers the light and space of a conservatory but the feel of a permanent home extension offering a real living room feel to your new room.
A Livin Room orangery uses the Ultraframe Classic roof system and adds an innovative steelwork ladder system to create a traditional perimeter ceiling all around the roof structure. The ladder system is supplied ready to fit after installation of the glazed roof is completed and is perfect for fitting down lighters to provide a stunning effect inside whilst the addition of the aluminium Cornice gutter shroud externally will really get the neighbours talking!
You can maintain light and space by specifying windows all round or you can add brick piers for greater solidity. Livin Room can be used with the standard eaves beam or the Super Duty eaves used in conjunction with bifold doors and is available for most popular roof designs including those with box gutters. It is suitable for roof pitches from 15 - 40 degrees and relies on only the roof for support onto which the plasterboard is screw fixed.
Livin Room can also be retro-fitted to most Ultraframe Classic roof systems allowing you to update your existing conservatory installation.
