Your new self build UPVC conservatory will normally be delivered within 4 - 5 weeks of cleared payment to any mainland UK address. We can arrange your delivery to be made during a particular week to suit your requirements. Deliveries are normally made on 7.5 ton vehicles to the nearest hard standing available at the address provided but please note that we may occassionally use larger articulated vehicles so it is important that you advise us if there are any restrictions that may prevent these types of vehicles accessing your address.
Please note that due to health and safety issues it is your responsibility to provide labour to offload your order. Some of the items are heavy and we would recommend that two people are present at the time of delivery.
Mainland UK deliveries
We have set delivery days to provide coverage for all mainland UK destinations and your post code will provide the day of the week for deliveries in your are using the map below. Please note that a charge may apply to post codes IV, PH and PA.
Deliveries to offshore locations
We get many requests to help with deliveries outside mainland UK and can arrange for delivery to your preferred freight forwarder for onward shipment or alternatively, you can arrange collection from the factory.
For Channel Islands and IOW destinations we can arrange delivery to an experienced Portsmouth based forwarder who is used to handling our product and will deliver to your door in Jersey and Guernsey at a very affordable cost.
We have also shipped to Ireland, Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides and Europe using customer's own preferred forwarders so please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the options available.
Unloading, checking and storage
Prior to the delivery you should prepare a storage area for the conservatory components. Sealed units should be stored undercover standing on cardboard or timber, not directly onto a concrete floor.
We aim to deliver your conservatory in one delivery and you must check and sign for the delivery. A check list is provided and any damaged or missing items must be notified to the driver and noted on the delivery note.
Please take the time to check the contents of your delivery prior to commencing installation of the conservatory. Any missing or damaged items will be replaced as quickly as possible but they could cause an unavoidable delay in your build schedule. This is particularly important if you are intending to store the conservatory for a period prior to installation.
