All our conservatories excluding our special offer conservatories are made to your specific sizes, design and specification so the cost of your new DIY conservatory can be tailored to suit your specific requirements and budget. Our premium product includes Kommerling upvc windows and Ultraframe Classic conservatory roof.
Excluding the actual size of the conservatory the two major specification influences that affect the cost are colour and roof glazing.
Conservatory Colours
White finish conservatories remain the most popular and most cost effective choice whilst traditional woodgrain finishes such as light oak and rosewood are also now joined by a growing number of additional woodgrain finishes such as cream, black, grey and chartwell green which form part of our extended colour range. Most colour options provide the option of standard white finish internally or colours externally and internally.
Depending on the choice of foil a woodgrain finish conservatory will increase the cost by around 20 - 25% against white finish.
Conservatory Roof Glazing
Although we still offer 35mm polycarbonate many customers now prefer to upgrade to a glass roof which provides much greater sound and insulation benefits.
As adding a conservatory is a very cost effective route to increasing living space specifying a solar control glass roof creates an additional room suitable for all year round use which provides an affordable home extension solution for families that need more space but are unable to move to a larger property in the present economic climate.
Our Staycool solar control roof glazing option remains one of the best performing roof glass options available. Offering an energy efficient 1.0 U-value this self cleaning conservatory roof glass reflects 78% of solar heat and blocks up to 90% of UV rays protecting your furnishings and internal flooring from the harsh effects of constant sun light.
Conservatory Window & Door Glazing
All our made to measure premier conservatories features neutral Staycool solar control double glazing as standard. Offering an energy efficient 1.1 U-value Staycool glass in the side walls of your conservatory also reduce solar heat and help block UV rays helping to maintain a comfortable climate in the height of summer.

Additional Hip and Box Gutter
For use on bungalows or other properties where there are height restrictions an additional hip and full width box gutter will add appoximately £680 to the above prices.
Conservatory Bifold Doors
Conservatories traditionally feature french doors but the huge interest in bifold doors is now being reflected in the growing requests to include bifold doors in the main conservatory design. Adding an aluminium or upvc bifold door will obviously increase the cost and this will also reflect in the roof specification as the eaves beam will need to be upgraded to support the roof when the door is fully open. We will be happy to discuss this with you and provide a quotation on request.
