Contemporary Glass Room Conservatory Design
The Veranda utilises full height glazing, modern lines and the latest innovations in conservatory design to provide a glass room extension from where you can enjoy unspoilt views of your garden whatever the weather.
Building on the popular lean to conservatory design the Veranda roof actually oversails the front of the structure to provide outside shelter from the elements. This additional covered outside space is especially useful for barbecues and parties.
The Veranda conservatory is available in a number of different but effective designs dependant on your specific requirements:
- Between two wall of the same length
- Between two walls of varying length
- Between one wall and glazed side frames
- Glazed side frames on both sides

Integral Gutter
There is a choice of roof design that allow the roof fall to run away from the house wall or a reverse fall back to a box gutter arrangement at the house wall. The main Veranda beam is manufactured from powder coated aluminium and acts as an integral gutter and support beam. Oak posts are supplied for structural support to the front of the overhang roof.
Shades Integrated Roof Blinds
The Veranda roof construction features the Ultraframe Classic Plus roof which also provides built-in tracks allowing the installation of Shades integrated roof blinds that are designed to provide shading from direct sunlight using fabrics and natural wood weave materials.
Solar Control Glazing
To protect your Veranda from solar heat we supply Staycool double glazing as standard for the roof and side frames which is proven to reduce the temperature inside by 20o F when compared with K glass and bronze antisun glass. This energy efficient glazing also ensures maximum heat retention in the winter so your new glass room extension is comfortable to use all year round.
Aluminium or PVCu Frames
The front and side frames can be constructed using powder coated thermally broken aluminium frames or coloured wood grain foil PVCu.
The Veranda front can also be specified with French doors or bifolding doors up to 3000mm wide using the Super Duty eaves beam which is supplied as standard. Greater widths of bifold doors as seen here can be specified where a steel support beam is provided allowing the complete front to be opened.
