A sunroom conservatory provides a modern contemporary look to a traditional style with the use of full height glazing, tilt inwards openers and the removal of the transome line that is normally associated with conservatory styling. Sunrooms provide the opportunity to extend your home with additonal living space that can be used as a dining room, home office or simply just a room where you can relax and enjoy your garden views.
Eliminating dwarf walls from the construction frees up to 15% more floor space and also provides savings in the cost of the base construction make a sun room conservatory excellent value when compared to the cost of a brick built home extension.

There are no transoms used on our Sunroom range of conservatories so your view is not interrupted by horizontal profiles associated with a traditional conservatory.
The full height opening sashes tilt inwards directing the air flow up towards the roof avoiding any possibility of draughts. We provide four tilt openers as standard but you can add more if required.
With no transomes and no dwarf walls the full height glass segments in your new sunroom conservatory will provide an unobstructed view of your garden.

Choose from standard white finish or nine wood grain colours
Available in standard white finish or a choice of 9 external wood grain colours with a standard white internal finish our sun room conservatories also benefit from a matching Ultraframe Classic roof which can be upgraded to Classic Plus to allow the fitment of Ultraframe Shades fully integrated roof blinds to all or part of the roof. Guttering and down pipe is supplied in either white, caramel, brown or black with an option of colour matched guttering available at extra cost.
STAYCOOL SOLAR CONTROL GLASS STANDARD
All sunrooms are supplied with Staycool solar control glass to roof and side frames which has been proved to reduce the temperature inside by up to 20o F when tested against double glazing with Pilkington K and bronze anti-sun glass.
Staycool roof glass is self cleaning with a subtle green tint that reflects 78% of direct heat from the sun, reduces glare by 68% and provides 94% protection against UV light when compared to standard glass. Staycool side frame glazing has no pronounced tint and reflect 57% of solar heat, reduces glare by 35% and offers up to 30% better protection from UV light than standard glass.
ENERGY EFFICIENT AND ECO FRIENDLY CONTEMPORARY CONSERVATORIES
Not only does our Staycool glass offer superior solar control glazing benefits as this argon filled double glazing is also very efficient at reducing heat loss in the winter. The roof glass achieves an exceptional 1.0 U-value whilst the side frame glazing provides a 1.1 U-value. Double glazing with Pilkington K glass will lose up to 80% more heat in winter than double glazing with Staycool glass.
Our sun room conservatories are also constructed from the latest Swish PVCu five chamber profiles offering optimum insulation with slim sight lines. The 'timberlook' design features ovolo fully sculptured profiles that replicate traditional timber design frames which can be further enhanced by selecting a coloured wood grain foil finish with a textured grain appearance for the external face.
STEEL BASE OPTION
Our sunrooms can also be supplied with a steel base for a fast and easy installation. There are no large excavations necessary so you won't need to employ a builder and the base can be fitted in less than a day ready for the sunroom conservatory to be installed. Sunrooms are available in a choice of roof style to suit your property. Choose from Edwardian, Georgian, Victorian and Lean to designs with or without finial and cresting. Double hipped roof styles and P shape sunrooms are also available on application.
