Our special offer supply only upvc conservatories are suitable for installation onto a traditional brick base or you can select our new package deal that includes our popular Instabuild steel base offering your the opportunity to have your self build conservatory fully installed in under six days with no builder to employ, no skips to hire and minimal disruption to your home and garden. What's more the finished installation will look just like a conventional build only you will know just how quick and easy it was to install

Our steel base is supplied complete with 18mm chipboard flooring and under-floor insulation. You select the brick match from our range at the time of order and the brick tiles are factory applied and pointed to the skirt and external dwarf wall surfaces in the factory, leaving you to apply the corner slips after assembly and finish the pointing. Our conservatory bases can also be supplied with dwarf walls ready for rendering if required.

You will be notified of a scheduled delivery date for your conservatory, which is normally within 15 working days of receipt of your cleared funds deposit for a conservatory only or 20 working days if you have chosen the steel base and conservatory package.
We will need to receive the remaining balance by cleared funds a minimum of 5 working days prior to your agreed delivery date.

This modular range of dwarf wall self build conservatories is available in white finish only and is constructed using standard frame, roof and glass sizes that qualify for extra discounts from our suppliers so we pass these saving onto you.
Note that your conservatory base will need to be constructed to the overall(external brickwork) sizes in the grids below. We will provide a base plan for your builder or why not consider our complete package deal including our alternative base which eliminates the need to employ a builder at all.
All models are based on a 600mm dwarf wall(not supplied unless steel base package chosen) and feature a 1500mm wide pair of French Doors which can be positioned in the front or sides of the Edwardian or in the sides only of the Victorian conservatory.
Optional Installation service
Our new HOMEFIX Installation Service may be able to introduce you to a professional installer in your area who will install the Instabuild base and conservatory or install the conservatory onto a prepared traditional base. Please ask for details.

The complete conservatory ready to install onto a traditional base including:Welded cill, windows, french door, frame connectors, bay poles, 28mm Argon Filled Triple Shield Low E sealed units, glass packers, Ultraframe conservatory roof kit, 35mm polycarbonate(cut to size), ConservaFlash(alternative to lead flashing), all guttering and down pipe. Base plans will be provided.
Conservatory + Base package deal
As above but also including Instabuild steel base with dwarf walls with brick tiles from our standard range. Please note that standard drop from dpc to ground is 3 courses. For deeper drops, non-standard bricks, air brick ventilation holes and trap door access for manholes please ask for a quotation.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Instabuild conservatory bases supplied for installation in Scotland are subject to different specifications and additional delivery charges so please ask for a confirmed price before ordering.
Delivery
Delivery is included to most of mainland England and Wales although Devon, Cornwall and West Wales may be subject to an additional delivery charge. Deliveries to Scotland may also be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us for a quotation before buying. Please note that you must provide assistance with off-loading your order.
The DIY conservatories shown on this page are standard sizes and cannot be changed. If you cannot find the size you require or require a bespoke conservatory please use our online conservatory quote form to send us the details or simply use the call me back web page and we will call you to discuss your individual requirements at a time that suits you.

(ii)Our special offer conservatories feature 1500mm wide french doors. Depending on the size of conservatory selected and your required door position it may not be possible to exactly align the rafters with the mullions below on the door elevation when using a standard width door. A non-standard door can be substituted for a small additional cost if required.

(iv) Orders are accepted on the basis of our normal delivery of 3 weeks from receipt of 50% of the total order value.
