We will contact you on receipt of your deposit to confirm all details and discuss any options that you may wish to add.  Once you have received your order confirmation we will need payment of 50% of the total order value to process your order which can be sent by cheque, internet bank transfer or credit or debit card using PayPal.

You will be notified of a scheduled delivery date for your conservatory, which is normally within 15 working days of receipt of your cleared funds deposit for a conservatory only or 20 working days if you have chosen the steel base and conservatory package.

We will need to receive the remaining balance by cleared funds a minimum of 5 working days prior to your agreed delivery date.

Delivery

Delivery is included to most of mainland England and Wales although Devon, Cornwall and West Wales may be subject to an additional delivery charge. Deliveries to Scotland may also be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us for a quotation before buying.

The DIY conservatories shown on this page are standard sizes and cannot be changed. If you cannot find the size you require or require a bespoke conservatory please use our online conservatory quote form to send us the details or simply use the call me back web page and we will call you to discuss your individual requirements at a time that suits you.

Notes:
(i)The images shown are provided as guidance only for individual conservatory designs.  The actual design of your chosen conservatory will be confirmed to you on receipt of your order.
(ii)Our special offer conservatories feature 1500mm wide french doors. Depending on the size of conservatory selected and your required door position it may not be possible to exactly align the rafters with the mullions below on the door elevation when using a standard width door. A non-standard door can be substituted for a small additional cost if required.
