Building your own conservatory can be a rewarding task for many but we also recognise that some customers may prefer to buy a diy conservatory and leave the hard work to professional installers.

So we’ve introduced HOMEFIX – a service designed to put you in touch with a conservatory installation expert in your area who will carry out the initial site survey and install an Instabuild base and conservatory structure for you that is ready for internal finishings such as flooring, electrics and plastering.

HOMEFIX is based on the purchase of one of our individually designed diy conservatories and our Instabuild steel base system that provides a fast alternative to a traditional concrete base. Just complete the details of your requirements below and we will provide a quote which includes the cost of installation of the steel base and the conservatory or alternatively, if you prefer to get a local builder to build a traditional base, we’ll quote for just the installation of the conservatory.

Buying the conservatory and base direct from us means that you will benefit from our genuine trade prices and you pay the installer direct which means that there is no middle-man’s profit margin added to the installation cost offering you with the best of both worlds – a high specification upvc conservatory installed by experts at direct prices.

How does it work?

On receipt of your order we will introduce you to a preferred installer who you will pay direct for the installation service. The installer will arrange an appointment with you to carry out the initial site survey and obtain all the information we need to manufacture your conservatory and base.

As soon as we have received the survey we will confirm all details to you for your final approval and we will then process your order for manufacture. Delivery dates will be notified to you and the conservatory and base are delivered direct to your door. You agree to arrange to accept delivery and the installer will fit the base and conservatory to the schedule agreed with you at survey.

Payment for the survey and installation is made direct to the installer and is 20% deposit at time of survey with the balance payable on completion of the installation.
