Delivery of your conservatory

Your new self build UPVC conservatory will normally be delivered within 15 working days of cleared payment to any mainland UK address. We can of course, defer delivery to suit your requirements. Deliveries are normally made on 7.5 ton vehicles to the nearest hard standing available at the address provided.

Please advise us if there are any restrictions on access for 7.5 ton vehicles such as narrow lanes etc that will prevent our vehicles accessing your site address.

Please note that due to health and safety issues it is your responsibility to provide labour to offload your order. Please note that some of the items are heavy and will require care when lifting.

We have set delivery days for each part of the country which are generally Northern England and Scotland: Monday/Tuesday, Central England: Wednesday/Friday and Southern England Tuesday/Thursday. We will always try to accomodate a specific delivery request where possible.

Prior to the delivery you should prepare a storage area for the conservatory components. Sealed units should be stored undercover standing on cardboard or timber, not directly onto a concrete floor

We aim to deliver your complete order in one delivery and you must check and sign for the delivery. A check list is provided and any damaged or missing items must be notified to the driver and noted on the delivery note.

Please take the time to check the contents of your delivery prior to commencing installation of the conservatory. Any missing or damaged items will be replaced as quickly as possible but they could cause an unavoidable delay in your build schedule. This is particularly important if you are intending to store the conservatory for a period prior to installation.
