A guide to our conservatory prices
All our conservatories including our special offer conservatories are made to your specific sizes, design and specification so the cost of your new DIY conservatory can be tailored to suit your specific requirements and budget. We offer two ranges of self build conservatories, our premium product includes Kommerling upvc windows and Ultraframe Classic conservatory roof. Our Easykit range features K2 conservatory roofs and upvc windows specifically designed for a fast and easy DIY installation.
There are many elements of a conservatory that affect the price but the two major influences on cost(other than size) will be the colour and finish of the windows, door and roof structure together with the glazing material chosen for the roof.
CONSERVATORY COLOURS
White conservatories are the most popular choice but you can also select a woodgrain foil finish for the outside only or for the outside and inside of your conservatory. The current traditional woodgrain choices available are Light Oak and Rosewood if you want the same colour on both sides or if you want white on the inside you have the added choice of our extended range of coloured conservatories which are all available with our premium range of conservatories that include colour matched Ultraframe roofs.
Depending on the choice of foil a woodgrain finish conservatory will increase the cost by around 20 - 25% against white finish.
CONSERVATORY ROOF GLAZING
Our standard roof glazing is 35mm polycarbonate in a choice of clear, opal, bronze or heatguard and provides a 1.5 U value. Polycarbonate is the most economic glazing material available and is especially useful where privacy is important.
However, many customers now choose to upgrade the roof to one of our range of glass options which offer improved insulation and noise reduction. This is proving a popular choice for many people who are unable to move in the current economic climate and have decided to add a conservatory to their home as the easiest and most cost effective route to quickly extending their living space.
For our premium range of Ultraframe conservatories if you decide to upgrade the roof to glass we would normally recommend Staycool Aqua Green self cleaning glass since it is the best performing solar control glass on the market with a 1.0 U-value. This exceptional roof glass reflects 78% of direct heat from the sun and blocks up to 90% of UV rays helping to protect your furnishings from constant sun light.
Our Easykit range of DIY conservatories can be upgraded to Celsius One blue tint solar control glass which also has a 1.0 U-value and an easy clean roof coating.
CONSERVATORY WINDOW & DOOR GLAZING
Specifying solar control glass for the windows and door in your new conservatory will also help block solar heat in the summer whilst retaining your valuable heat in the winter.

Additional Hip and Box Gutter
For use on bungalows or other properties where there are height restrictions an additional hip and full width box gutter will add appoximately £380 to the above prices.
Conservatory Bifold Doors
Conservatories traditionally feature french doors but the huge interest in bifold doors is now being reflected in the growing requests to include bifold doors in the main conservatory design. Adding an aluminium or upvc bifold door will obviously increase the cost and this will also reflect in the roof specification as the eaves beam will need to be upgraded to support the roof when the door is fully open. We will be happy to discuss this with you and provide a quotation on request.
