Italian Inspiration - British Innovation

The inspiration behind Loggia dates from the Italian Renaissance period famous for creating structures with roofed galleries supported by ornate columns. Ultraframe have developed the same principles to create a modern, innovative building that has remarkable aesthetics and will add value to any home.

Thermally Efficient

Loggia is designed to be an all year round extension to your living space and standard double glazing to the roof and side frames is our energy efficient Staycool solar control glass which offers superior protection from UV rays and solar gain. For north facing structures where solar protection isn’t necessary we can also provide thermally efficient argon filled low E double glazing.

The solid columns are precision engineered with a U-value of only 0.15 making them twice as efficient as a normal insulated cavity wall.

Stylish Bespoke Designs

The design possibilities are endless and will be totally bespoke to suit your requirements so there will be no such thing as a standard Loggia design. The solid columns can be used with any rectangular shape conservatory roof design including Edwardian, Gable End, Georgian, P shape and T shape.

Perimeter Ceiling

The ceiling has an ingenious cloaking screen to ensure that the reverse side of the ceiling and any wiring isn’t visible through the glass roof from above.

Stunning 21st Century Living Space

The Loggia structure is proven to be 4 times stiffer than a conventional conservatory and the use of solid columns instead of awkward brick piers will help to speed up the build process.
